Direct Billing

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Cash or Cheque.

We are also able to bill directly to insurance in some cases:

  • Canadian Armed Forces - Client/Member ID and prior approval required.

  • RCMP - Client/Member ID required.

  • SGI - Claim number & prior approval required.

  • Supplementary Health Services - Please provide your Saskatchewan Health Card number to verify coverage.

  • Veterans Affairs - Client/Member ID required.

  • WCB - Claim number & prior approval required.
